The app/program stink, for example the load times allow you to load a web page and go make yourself something to drink and by the time you get back it's halfway loaded. The second thing is when it searches for a pharmacy it sends you 3-5 towns away versus the half dozen in your own town. And the last thing is that they illegally changed a doctor's orders for a prescription w/out the approval of the doctor. That is seriously wrong, to the point my doctor started an invistigation.

Fix your god damn reset password screen. I'm trying to get my insurance card and cant because the datepicker does not allow you to select dates outside of current month/year. First off who uses a datepicker to enter birthdates? And second of all it's been like this for months - fix it! This app is terrible and if your company uses it for insurance then I'd suggest switching to something else.

The app is terrible. I am unable to get my mail order prescriptions refilled correctly. As a pbm, the company is even worse.

They've mixed up my information. We've been calling for 2 weeks and nothing has been done. I can't get my meds that I need to function, if you care about your health at all don't use this company. I'd give them negative stars if I could. Edit: They finally fixed it for me today. Still keeping it at 1 star because this whole process was unnecessary drawn out and we were given differing information every time we called and had the mistakes blamed on us (not our fault at all). 👎👎👎👎👎

App still full of bugs and the entire Flipt process is time consuming, inconvenient and difficult to use. I've had to call every single time to get an rx filled and it takes 20+ minutes each time! Hard to reach customer service most times but the reps have been helpful. App will pull up pharmacies that are not close to your address and the distance "to you" are incorrect. When you go to change the "best price pharmacy with the credit applied" to a new location the entire app crashes.
