Los problemas más repetidos son: compras que no aparecen o no se abren; dificultad para descargar libros en EPUB y lectura restringida dentro de la app (DRM); la app tarda en arrancar y falla al avanzar entre páginas; deslizamiento de páginas inestable; y falta de controles de lectura (tamaño de fuente, brillo) con modo nocturno irregular. Estas fallas afectan gravemente la experiencia de lectura y la gestión de libros adquiridos.

no la recomiendo, he comprado muchos libros por la app y la mayoría no aparecen, los contacto por soporte y no dan respuesta, como hago ahora para recuperar los libros que compre ?
