*email update "Unfortunately, due to the review posted on the Google Play Store, we cannot provide further support." WOW, very sad. App is good. Technical support/customer service is AWFUL, very disappointing. I've emailed them SEVERAL times, I'm lucky I get an initial response then all communication stops. I've been unable to save (since there is a limit of how many times you can save) and it's not deleting previous saves, although it says it did. Would have rated it higher, it's beneficial.
