Users can:

Employees can:
- View daily assigned plots.
- Mark collections as 'Collected' or 'Not Collected'.

Admins can:
- Assign employees to plots.
- Monitor daily collection status.
- Set and manage payment amounts.

All users can view upcoming sanitation events and important updates posted by administrators.
