2026-08-30	J *****	I just bought an item for the first time via the app but it arrived missing essential parts. When I tried to raise this to the customer service the report functionality didn't work and there is absolutely no way to contact customer service so I will have to contact my bank and request a chargeback and if the issue persists report it as a fraud. I have always supported Gumtree but this needs resolving, if your customer service see this and resolve it I will be happy to update the review.
