2026-08-06	Ni*****	EDIT I tried the logout fix and it worked. From a fellow dev, you should consider finding a way to log users out after x days of inactivity to avoid this problem. Keeps saying "an unknown error has occurred" when I try to find my event. Acts like theres no internet when there most definitely is. It has one job and fails spectacularly at it.

2026-07-19	Sh*****	There's no way to backup old guides in this app so if the app is glitching and you have to uninstall it you'll lose all of your guides. To be 2026 this shouldn't be a thing. You should be able to save them onto your account or locally on your phone separate from the app.

2026-06-02	Mi*****	Horrible user experience, requiring the ability to send notifications is unnecessary. And completely unable to add two over lapping events to my schedule. The "Add Anyway" button is completely nonfunctioning, does absolutely nothing. And makes the app completely unusable for my purposes. Tried closing and reopening, tried creating an account, even deleted and reinstalled the app. "Add Anyway" still did not function.

2026-05-24	Le*****	First time using this app since I usually dont go to conventions, and I had yet to be able to do anything with it. At first it was refusing to show any panels or events, then it asked to clear the cache so it could run better. BIG MISTAKE. It is now just closing on me, I cant even touch the guide without the app crashing. If you are in a convention that uses this? Just get a paper map, it may not had updates, but you will actually know the events are happening on the first place.
