2024-03-06	Th*****	I have had this app on my phone for a couple of years. In the beginning, it would, just, close, so I quit looking at it because I wasn't in the market to buy more stuff that I don't need! I figured that within the next update or two, it would get figured out but 1.5 years later and it still does it, like holy man! I was browsing through it for 10 minutes and it closed on me 3 times!
I have had this app on my phone for a couple of years. In the beginning, it would, just, close, so I quit looking at it because I wasn't in the market to buy more stuff that I don't need! I figured that within the next update or two, it would get figured out but 1.5 years later and it still does it, like holy man! I was browsing through it for 10 minutes and it closed on me 3 times!
2023-10-17	As*****	Not sure why an update was needed. Now can't even use the app without the update BUT you don't even get the update option. I un and reinstalled and still asking for update! Frustrating. How am I to keep my elite status if I can't even use the app!

2023-10-13	Ny*****	This is new Guess, I'm gonna need y'all to fix this, it tells me it's an update but there is no actual update; thus I cannot get into app past the "The GUESS Factory app just got better. Download the latest update to check out the newest features." Yeah can't get past that.

2023-10-10	Ni*****	After the so called update I can't do anything with the app as it constantly tells me there is an update when I've already updated. I have an order on the way and I've been tracking it and now I have no idea when my order will arrive.

2022-09-14	St*****	Love this app until recently. Literally stops working within seconds and is forced to shut down. The wish list is never saving the items you add. Even after saving them 4or 5 times. It's like a mind of its own. The location for the pick up today in store, is never my location, But 250+ miles away. Just gets frustrating. Specially when you find an item and try to check out, then the app is forced to shut down and getting back on is basically impossible.
