Copy Paste Keyboard - copipi

copipi is a copy paste keyboard for saved text snippets and templates. Save replies and addresses, then paste with a tap without switching apps. Organize long text with line breaks in folders and favorites, or copy it from the app.

FEATURES
• Custom Keyboard
Enable copipi in your device's keyboard settings, then switch to it while typing to insert saved text. Hold the space bar and drag to move the cursor.
• Copy and Organize
Add, edit, delete, duplicate, reorder and favorite entries. Search titles and text across folders. Results show the emoji folder path, title and text. Check character counts while editing; save buttons stay visible as you scroll long text.
• Folders
Organize entries in emoji folders and subfolders. Turn on “Folder hierarchy” in Settings. Swipe between folders; Favorites appears first when you have favorite entries.
• Custom Settings
Four themes change the app color, mascot and icon. Choose Light or Dark separately. Choose from eight text sizes or follow your device. Copy vibration follows device haptics. Change the app language. Choose 1 or 2 keyboard columns and display “Title”, “Text” or “Both”; untitled entries show text.
• Share
Add text from Chrome, Notes and other apps using Android's Share menu.
• Home Screen Widgets
Choose a folder, Favorites or “Recent Copies”. Recent Copies contains text copied in copipi; it does not collect text copied in other apps.
• Shortcuts and Quick Settings
Long-press the app icon or add copipi tiles to Quick Settings to run “Copy Text” or “Add Clipboard”. Copy from any folder, including subfolders, favorites and untitled entries.
• Add Clipboard
Copy text in another app, run “Add Clipboard”, review the content and destination folder, then tap “Add” to save. Edit before saving, or create a folder if needed.
• Device Search
On supported devices running Android 12 or later, open saved text from device search. Availability and appearance depend on the device.
• Backup and Restore
Export JSON to back up data or move it to another device. Import by adding to existing entries or replacing them.
• Placeholders
Add {{variable_name}} to fill in changing parts when you copy. Matching names share a value. Date placeholders insert today's date in your chosen format. Add either with the icon at the bottom right of the text field. Input placeholders do not work in the keyboard; date placeholders do.

copipi does not automatically collect text copied in other apps in the background. To keep it, add it in copipi, use the Share menu or run “Add Clipboard”.

ACCESSIBILITY
Supports TalkBack and Android Voice Access. Light/Dark modes, readable contrast and visual cues beyond color help readability. Follows your device's Remove animations setting. Text size and copy vibration are adjustable.

LANGUAGES
48 languages. Follows your device language; you can also change the app's display language.

copipi Pro
All features are free for up to 20 entries, with no ads. Pro removes the entry limit through a monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time in Google Play.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We collect no copied text, analytics or usage data. The keyboard does not record or transmit what you type; it reads only saved entries. Entries are stored locally, and basic features work offline. copipi uses Google services for Play subscriptions and Android backup, with no other external servers. The Google Play Data safety section states that no data is collected.
