Your well-being, our priority
With GuardianWell-being, you’ll track your behaviors through a Health Score, which combines seven different aspects of your health and well-being. This score, ranging from 0 to 1000, helps you monitor your health over time and helps you stay on track.

We’re here to help you every step of the way. GuardianWell-being educates you about healthier habits and rewards you for your progress. Whether you’re focusing on physical fitness, mental clarity, nutrition, or sleeping habits, our app supports your journey to a better you.

How does it work?
Our program guides you across key areas, including physical health, mental wellness, sleep, nutrition, activity, and mindfulness, and you can monitor your progress as you work toward improving your Health Score. By integrating data from popular apps and devices like Apple HealthKit, GuardianWell-being helps to synchronize physical activity, sleep, and other data to keep you motivated and engaged. To make it easier to build lasting healthy habits, we offer motivation techniques rooted in behavioral science and reward you along the way. A sense of community helps you keep up with your goals as you challenge other users.
