Guardian Com

Guardian Com is a communication app for organizations that enables safe, supervised messaging between children, guardians, and adults — ideal for clubs, school groups, families, and similar communities.

🛡️ SAFETY FIRST

All communication is monitored by administrators and moderators. Children can only join with the explicit consent of their guardian. Guardians have full visibility into their child's chats at all times and receive an activity summary of their child's messages.

💬 TWO CHAT MODES

• Direct Chats: Members can request chats with other members. An admin, moderator, or guardian approves or rejects each request.

• Group Chats: The admin defines in advance who is allowed to communicate with whom. Only approved connections are possible. Group rooms are managed by the admin.

• Report messages — admins and moderators are notified immediately
• Keyword monitoring: admins and guardians receive automatic alerts when specific terms are detected
• Automatic message deletion period per organization (30–365 days)

• Push notifications for new messages
• Configurable notification interval per organization
• Guardian activity notifications: receive an alert when your child sends or receives a message — adjustable from "Every message" to "Never"

🎛️ ROLES & CONTROL

• Admin: Full control over the organization
• Moderator: View chats, approve requests, and moderate messages
• Guardian: Supervise children within the organization
• Member: Can request chats and participate in approved conversations
• Child: Restricted member under guardian supervision

🔒 PRIVACY

Sign in with Google Sign-In or an email link — no password required. All data is processed securely and used exclusively for app functionality. No data is shared with advertisers or third parties. Accounts can be fully deleted at any time.
