Overall this is still a wonderful app due to the wealth of information and commentary. Unfortunately the old UI was so much cleaner and pleasant. A couple of suggestions to consider. Remove the colours from the book selection and make the fonts bigger. Secondly, when copying the text, allow for the verse numbers to be copied at the same time.
