Very money hungry company. They do not offer refunds, if you've forgotten to cancel the trial period, so don't forget to cancel!! Also they do not give any warnings when the payment day is close. The customer service itself isn't so great and when you try to contact them, it forces you to a loop of talking to a bot, who doesn't know how to help. There are many better audiobook apps such as Bookbeat, who have offered refunds. With my whole heart i recommend you take your business to Bookbeat!
