2026-08-10	Da*****	Rip Off. I spent over $10 bucks in the game. I know it's not a lot but in this economy, every cent counts. I was unaware that progress was saved to an account name. I played as a guest, spent money, had a huge alliance going, and all of it is gone because the game asked me to sign in with my Google account. I made an in game customer service request over a week ago. Nothing. No help. No replies. Edit: dev responded here but not in-game. I already uploaded photos to the first ticket.
