MECrypt Android

MECrypt

MECrypt provides encrypted and secure calls between two endpoint devices

Features & Capabilities

The Mobile Encryption App (MECrypt) is a product designed for business and governmental customers. It requires a valid GSMK business contract. Please download MECrypt only if you are an administrator or invited end user within such a business contract.

MECrypt provides encrypted and secure calls between two endpoint devices:

• Simple installation without the need to collect the devices in an organization
• Works even in remote areas with limited network connections (GPRS, EDGE)
• Integrated secure container for confidential information
• Redundant encryption

How does encryption between two MECrypt users work?

At the beginning of each call, a new session key will be generated. MECrypt has no pre-installed keys. All keys are generated on the respective end user's device. Keys are immediately deleted again once the call ends. MECrypt also protects confidential meta data from unauthorized access.

Encryption overview:

• 4096 bit Diffie-Hellman key exchange
• Redundant encryption with two strong parallel algorithms (AES and Twofish, both with 256 bit key length)
• No preinstalled keys

Mobile security made in Germany.
