Lillus RH

Lillus RH is the employee app for companies that use the Lillus RH | DP platform. It puts in your pocket what previously only existed on paper, on the bulletin board, or on the computer portal: clocking in, checking your work hours, opening your payslip, and resolving requests with HR.

To log in, you need your company code, your email, and your password — provided by HR. The app does not create accounts.

TIME CLOCKING, WITH OR WITHOUT INTERNET
• One button: the app knows if the next clocking is for arrival, break, return, or departure.

• Without a signal, the clocking is saved on your phone with the real time and uploads automatically when the internet returns — without duplication.

• Proof of each clocking, in PDF, instantly.

• Forgot to clock in? Enter the clocking with the reason; HR receives it marked as a manual entry.

• Location only at the moment of clocking, and only when your company requires it.

YOUR JOURNEY AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
• Monthly timesheet, day by day, with clockings and total hours worked.

• Time bank with balance, credits, and debits.

• Inconsistencies: days that need correction before they become a problem.

DOCUMENTS AND REQUESTS
• Payslips and documents from your registration to open, save, and share.

• Requests: declarations, time adjustments, and other requests, with follow-up.

• Vacation: periods, balance, and scheduling.

• Medical certificates, dependents, and your registration, with editing of your own information.

• Badge with QR Code.

PEOPLE
• Company news and announcements.

• Feedback received and sent, and compliments to colleagues.

• Surveys, questionnaires, and performance evaluations.

• Psychosocial assessment (NR-1) completed without your name.

• Behavioral profile and its result.

• Ombudsman service, with the option to register the incident anonymously.

• Birthday celebrations for employees of the month.

DEVELOPMENT
• Training and learning paths from the corporate university, with progress and certificates.

• HR assistant with artificial intelligence to answer questions, when enabled by your company.

MADE FOR EVERYDAY USE
• Login via Face ID or fingerprint.

• Light and dark themes.

• Lightweight screens that open quickly and handle poor network speeds.

PRIVACY
The data belongs to the company you work for, which is the data controller; Brotas System acts as the data processor. No ads, no cross-app tracking, no data sales. The phone's biometric data stays on the phone: the app only receives "yes" or "no" from the system.
