Firds — Ingressos

Firds is where you find things to do near you, buy tickets via Pix (Brazilian instant payment system), and enter the event with your phone in hand.

FIND THINGS TO DO
Showcase upcoming events, the most popular ones, and those that match what you've already been to. Filter by today, weekend, city, category, or price — and see on the map what's happening near you.

BUY IN A FEW TAPTS
Choose your tickets, apply the coupon if you have one, and pay via Pix. The code appears instantly, with the QR code displayed on the screen. As soon as the bank confirms, the ticket automatically appears in "Tickets" — you can even close the app.

YOUR TICKET, ALWAYS WITH YOU
Tickets are separated into upcoming and past. The QR code changes every 30 seconds, so a screenshot of someone else's ticket won't be accepted at the entrance. Without internet access in the middle of a crowd, the app shows the fixed code, which the entrance also accepts.

IN YOUR PHONE WALLET
Add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and have it at hand even with the app closed.

TRANSFER TO SOMEONE GOING IN YOUR PLACE
Not going anymore? Send the ticket to someone else's email. It only changes ownership when they accept — until then it remains yours.

OPEN ORDER IS NOT A DEAD END
Generated the Pix payment and didn't pay right away? The order remains in "My Orders" with a "pay again" button, and you can cancel it whenever you want.

RECEIPT AND HISTORY
Each order has a receipt with what was purchased, the service fee, and the total. Everything is saved in your account.

IMPORTANT NOTICES
Time changed, gate changed, rained? The organizer sends the message and it arrives in the app — even if the notification fails, the notice is saved in the notifications box.

YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR RULES
Log in with your email and password or with your Apple account. You decide what you receive by email, you can download your data whenever you want, and delete your account through the app itself.

Questions about an event, billing, or refund: contact the organizer through the order itself. Problems with the app: suporte@firds.com.br
