Honestly the app service is great, a convenient option when you really need something, but I definitely dont use it as often. Even with Prime the Service fees can get ridiculous. $31 meal suddenly turns into a $40 one, without even accounting for the Tip. At the end of the day, Id opt to just drive myself to the place, because even with how high gas prices have been, its still a lot better than using these apps. Use that tip/service money to buy yourself another drink or food item.

terrible delivery terrible customer service

customer service is horrible and never solves the issue. They try to just get your attention with some grubhub credit that doesn't even cover the missing item if you wanted it, and the A.I. customer service agent doesn't understand anything verbally, so you have to explain everything like it's a 2-3 year old, and then they transfer you to a human representative, and they usually talk so fast and unclear that you don't know what to say and they have their mind made up before you can try and under
