Utiliza is the official app of the Utiliza vehicle assistance and inspection network. In a single app, you can request towing, locksmith services, tire changes, battery assistance, and other 24/7 services, schedule inspections, track service in real time, and check your plan benefits.

WHO IT'S FOR

Utiliza serves different user profiles:

• Members of partner clubs and associations — request services covered by your plan
• Individual clients (non-members) — contract specific services paying per service
• Accredited tow truck drivers — receive calls from the network and perform services
• Accredited technical inspectors — handle digital inspections from the network

Access is via CPF (Brazilian tax ID) and password. Professionals use credentials provided by the partner company.

MAIN SERVICES

• Towing and recovery for cars, motorcycles, utility vehicles, and heavy vehicles
• Assistance for mechanical or electrical breakdowns
• On-site tire change
• Assistance for dead batteries
• Automotive locksmith (car, motorcycle, residential)
• Fuel assistance and fuel delivery
• Replacement car and taxi (according to plan)
• Complete digital vehicle inspection

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Open emergency calls in a few taps, stating the reason and location
• Track the service provider's movement in real time on the map
• Receive notifications at each stage of the service
• Check your plan and see how many services you can still use this month
• Register and manage your vehicles
• View the complete history of calls and inspections
• Send photos of the vehicle and receive digital inspection reports
• Electronically sign documents directly from your cell phone

FOR NETWORK PROFESSIONALS

If you are a tow truck driver or vehicle inspector Accredited:

• Receive calls with push notifications, even with the app closed
• See all call details: address, member data, type of service
• Navigate to the location with map integration
• Perform the inspection with a guided workflow: check-in, mandatory photos (front, back, sides), optional photos, belongings, and digital signature
• Send everything directly from your cell phone, paperless

HOW IT WORKS

1. Log in or register with your CPF (Brazilian tax ID) and password
2. Choose the type of service you need
3. Provide the location — the app sends the call to the network
4. Track the assigned service provider in real time
5. Rate the service at the end

PERMISSIONS AND PRIVACY

• Location in the foreground and background: used to send the call's location and track the service provider in real time during the service
• Camera and gallery: used for inspection photos and profile picture
• Notifications: used to notify about call status and new appointments (Professionals)
