Catalyst OS

Catalyst OS is a React Native mobile application built for startup ecosystems. It serves two distinct user roles
— Founders and Mentors — each with a tailored experience on the same platform.

For Founders, Catalyst OS is a full operational hub for their startup. They can:
- Maintain a rich, investor-ready startup profile covering basic info, about/mission, financial data (valuation,
funding raised, revenue stage), business model, industry & sector classification, team (founders, investors,
shareholders), employees, customer growth records, milestones, and a pitch deck with video and file uploads.
- Apply to programs (accelerators, hackathons, residencies, grants) with dynamic application forms supporting
short answer, multiple choice, file uploads, date/time pickers, and linear scale questions.
- Track their position in a program's step pipeline and view program-assigned mentors.
- Receive and complete tasks set by mentors, submit work with attachments, and monitor task status through a
structured review workflow (pending → in progress → in review → completed).
- Book mentorship sessions with available mentors directly through an availability calendar.
- Browse other startups on the platform with filtering by industry, stage, and more.

For Mentors, Catalyst OS is a session and cohort management tool. They can:
- View a dashboard showing total sessions, hours mentored, upcoming bookings, and average rating.
- Manage their availability with a weekly recurring schedule or specific date slots, configuring session types
(online/offline/both) and durations.
- Create, assign, and manage tasks for founders across their programs — setting priority, due dates, assignees,
and attachments.
- Review founder task submissions, leave pass/needs-revision feedback with notes, and track a full feedback
history per task.

Shared features across both roles include:
- A unified Programs screen showing all active, upcoming, and completed programs in the pipeline.
- A Tasks screen with role-aware views (mentor creates/reviews; founder receives/submits).
- Account management: profile details, notification preferences, security/password settings.
- Full i18n support in English and Arabic with RTL layout awareness, built on i18next.
- A consistent design system with light/dark theming, custom tab navigation, and a bottom-sheet modal pattern for
profile editing flows.
