Simply doesn't work. Won't connect to charger and keeps asking for permissions the app already has. Luckily the charger works without the app and my car has its own remote charging functions. The requirement for a bunch of contact and personal information from the homeowner AND installer is also really weird...

App and charger both terrible, charger becomes Unavailable as soon as you touch anything in the app and often fails to charge. Really poor, emailed for help and they resolved the issue but didn't tell me how or what was wrong. If I try to change the charging times it usually results in the charger not charging the car at all
