Pointless reporting faults on this App. Faults are not attended to. Status is changed to complete but fault is not fixed.

If I could give it 0 stars i would. The app dows not allow me to logon as it does not send me the verification code needed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. Callinv them also puts you in a long que eating all your airtime. Seems like the contract with BCM has made Designer Lighting just as useless as BCM...
