I saw a banner and post cards at work promoting this app,but haven't seen anything from the property managers or management at my company recommending it. Regardless I decided to poke around. I selected my state then it asked me for my "Tenancy"...no idea what that was and there weren't any instructions in app or on the marketing materials to explain how to register. So...I uninstalled it.
