2026-08-02	Ce*****	horrible customer service purchase a voucher to park my vehicle by the airport. the day of , I go to the location that Groupon sold to me for $100 I arrived, they don't honor the voucher. I ended up paying $74 times 4 to park at the airport thanks to Groupon they won't issue a refund. I never redeem voucher... I will never recommend anyone to use Groupon ...there are lots of better apps... be careful everyone they sell you vouchers without being in contact with the companies guideline

2026-07-30	Mi*****	Tried to use them while on vacation to get some local deals. Downloaded and found great deals. When I tried to buy and check it out, I kept getting errors. They ended up charging my account 3 separate times. The only customer support is over text and they refused to refund my money despite the deal on the app literally saying, " 3 days to refund". Had to get my bank to cancel and refund the charges. These guys are scammers and will steal your money!

2026-07-29	Am*****	Never trust Groupon! Fraud! ! Prior to purchasing a Groupon coupon I read through the restrictions, called the company. Everything I read and was told were wrong. Groupon and the business admit the coupon did not have the proper restrictions listed but Groupon refuses to refund my money. They sold me a service falsely, lied about what Id get and won't return my money. That is fraud, it is illegal.
