2026-06-12	Cl*****	My husband bought a groupon and when he tried to redeem it, he couldn't get the app to work. Thinking it was his phone that was causing the problem, I bought the same groupon but when I tried to redeem it the app didn't work either. There was no customer support number. I could only chat with AI, and that was no help. I then asked for my money back but they would only give me groupon bucks. I don't understand how the app works when purchasing but not when redeeming it.

2026-06-12	Ki*****	Never again. The Groupon I purchased was fraudulent and never delivered the product. After a week long run around going between Groupon and this fraudulent business, the business suggested I seek a refund from Groupon, and didn't offer delivery of the product. Groupon customer service offered a credit and only provided a refund after I pushed for it. Don't settle for a credit. This was offered for my "consideration". AKA refund for suckers who don't know their consumer rights. Never again!!
