2026-07-07	Ca*****	Pure junk! I purchased a Sam's Club membership through Groupon, and it never worked. No matter how many times I entered my information, it wouldn't activate. This was my first time using Groupon, and it was a terrible experience. Very disappointed. Total waste of time. Junk! Junk! JUNK! I uninstalled the app.

2026-07-06	Ro*****	imagine entering your location for cheap prices, only to have to scroll though all the kid things and try to find something that's close by and not 40 miles in another state (I live in Baltimore MD, It tried to show me things in DC. why?!) there's no way of changing so screw it. this is just a sad trash app now, unless and definitely going to be forgotten. enjoy the layoffs

2026-07-06	M *****	Corrupt app & service. Unreliable & Groupon is fully aware. I had timed tickets for the aquarium but the vouchers would not load nor would "customer service". It was father's day so I screen recorded the error & bought new tickets onsite confident that groupon would refund me for the unused vouchers. After a long fight on FB, with proof, they gave $30 in groupon bucks on a $122 value. Disputed through PayPal & Groupon lied indicating vouchers marked used but they did that after issuing the $30.

2026-07-05	Mi*****	sold me a hotel room. paid , get to the hotel and they say they don't have any rooms available. basically just scammed me out of $112 dollars. I would not fall for this all. it is not reliable and is basically a legal scam. deleting this app permanently from our household. update:over 2 weeks now and not even the decency to respond. you literally stole 112 dollars from me and refuse to acknowledge me. I wish it was about the money but now it's the principal of the matter. seeking legal action

2026-07-04	Ch*****	worst UI design imaginable. while searching for offers, and you clicked an offers than you wanna go back you click the top left arrow it sends you back to main menu, if you press back on your phone it sends you back to main menu. it doesnt send you back to the search you were already in. offer explanations are super misleading, and confusing. someone needs to bring this app up to speed with what other apps are offering. and fire your UI/UX team.
