2026-06-02	Th*****	Before the most recent update to the UI/UX the app was functional, easy to navigate, mobile friendly and responsive. Now, it takes forever to load things when you click on tabs, pages glitch out and stutter, and the placement of icons is just overall less coherent and clean. Functionality is definitely down, whoever is developing this app most recently should be fired.

2026-04-11	Ma*****	this app literally sucks. It keeps glitching and freezing. You click on campaign drafts and it sends you to the Groupon customer app instead. This actually makes me not even want to list on Groupon due to how difficult it is to do anything. Even on th desktop there are issues with their website. They take about 50% profit from businesses, I think they can afford to improve their app and website

2026-04-10	Al*****	They consistently use incorrect photos and descriptions. I offer a facial with a decollete and hand jelly mask, yet they changed the listing to show a back mask. I have spent hours of my own time fixing their mistakes. It is unprofessional and creates a terrible experience for both the business owner and the client.

2026-03-16	Na*****	the newer version of this app is horrible! it takes ages to load one page on my Samsung phone. customers are frustrated 😠 and dont like how lomg it takes to complete the transaction. the previous app was a lot better!

2026-02-12	Pa*****	a: generally weird that this still shows as an app in the store b: I'm not a fan of Chrome. I usually leave it almost completely disabled. now I need to activate it to use this "app" c: are you doing this: it's now a chrome site vs an app; so you don't get negative reviews in the app store. thus this grandfathered app appearance is just luck?
