First, it errors when I try to create an account. I trying adding the espresso machine anyway. I activated Bluetooth and location, clicked next, pluged the machine (wihtout turning it on as was in the instructions) and for a second or two appears a connection to the machine, then it is stuck in a neverending "pairing". I have waited up to 15 minutes and nothing happens. I tried this multiple times, sometime I get a connection error

Can't get this app to connect with my Evidence Plus EA894t, send a E-mail for support, not sure of it must be reset after it was connected before? if so, how? factory reset?
