The app combines manual emergency call activation (SOS) with automatic alerting in case of inactivity (inactivity alarm), fall detection, or activation of the timer (dead man's switch).

Pre-Alarm
Before the automatic alarm is triggered, a pre-alarm sounds, and the alarm chain can be manually stopped.

Customized Escalation
A triggered alarm not only arrives as an SMS to a contact, but also immediately triggers your GroupAlarm scenarios – including feedback, alerting first responders via pager, or connection to an emergency call and service center (ECSC).

Precise localization in emergencies
Transmission of geocoordinates and optional building information to minimize the time until emergency responders arrive.

The voluntary emergency call function is available at no additional cost. For automatic alarms, additional licenses are required, which can be purchased via the web interface.
