Fails to activate video during "liveness" test on Samsung Note9. Unable to proceed...

This is the worst app I have experienced in all my life. I have used the Android version in 2 different smartphones. There are uncountable number of bugs. Few examples: - Passport being recognized as ID; - Valid passport but the app indicating as expired; - Valid Driver license, but the app indicating as expired; - Selfie image upside-down; - App cutting the images after taking the photos of the documents; - after taking the photos, I was not able to review the images and the app was proceeding with next step - etc, etc
