Thanks to our intelligent software, which includes algorithms based on sports medicine and artificial intelligence (AI), training intensity and exercise selection continually adapt individually to your increasing or decreasing performance level (e.g. due to illness). Data analysis enables individual training control.

If it is not possible to perform a certain exercise, you can have it replaced with another exercise before training begins.

G-Robics works with a special motion sensor that is wirelessly linked to the smartphone. In order to avoid under-stimulation or over-exertion, the sensor and app continuously monitor your movements, heart rate and the correct execution of the exercises. G-Robics measures the number of correct exercise repetitions fully automatically.

In addition, the recovery potential of your cardiovascular system, which depends on your performance, is determined, your physiological adaptations are taken into account in your fitness level and the exercises are then put together. This unique approach (recognizing different adaptation periods for necessary regeneration phases before increasing performance) allows the app to create a tailor-made training plan based on your current and previous training results and adapt it to your alternating performance after each training session.

Using performance charts, you can track how your performance curves change and how your regeneration phases say something about your personal fitness.
