2026-04-30	Br*****	Filtering to determine which problems to focus on is the most useful feature of this app, but unfortunately it doesn’t work most of the time. When I try to narrow down problems, the app frequently flashes a red error message saying “Something didn’t work,” which makes the filtering unreliable and frustrating. The app allows you to rate problems as “softer” or “harder,” but there’s no option to filter or search using those ratings to target which problems to work on first.

I gambled on the premium version for some of the coaching/strength and weaknesses data, however, none of the tracking for these features or preferences seems to work, I vote as instructed, but my votes dont get added to any totals and after a month of using the app none of the associated features have started working. would not recommend the paid features, they dont work, functionality is exact same for free

2026-04-10	To*****	Appaling Customer Service I had a question on theor privacy policy, as they used my video data WITHOUT MY CONSENT for their marketing purposes. Essentially falsifying my video uploads on the app to publicly promote their own features. When I asked as to why and what, they told me to "[...] the please just delete your account. Thanks." Great customer service (sarcasm warning) This e-mail came from a certain Claire Jones. Since then I have been straight up ignored. They DO NOT RESPECT you!

2026-03-20	Ph*****	Great that this app exists, thanks. I upload a lot of beta videos to help others. It's nice when people recognise me at the wall, from my betas and thank me for uploading. It would be nice for people to be able to react to my videos with a thumbs up like on social media.
