what is described on the advertisement as a treadmill workout is NOT what your plan is after they have your money. Said I would go from 188 to 150 by Sep 29th but after the payment goes through you have to fill out the questionnaire again and it showed 188 to 173 by Oct 30th with 2 hrs of walking a day and 21,000 steps. NOT a treadmill workout at all. False advertising!
