Penalizes you for being communicative and rescheduling because of snow in the ground. If the customer doesn't approve it Penalizes your account, locks you out, regardless of being diligent and contacting the customer multiple times. Things greatly need to be changed w it.

They want you to do the absolute best work for the lowest price possible. And if you want to reschedule more than 1 time for a specific customer, say the weather stormed 2 times in a row, you will be permanently banned from the app. absolutely terrible. Even for a user with 5 stars that's done over 200 Mowing jobs. They have no respect for workers that break their backs to make them money.
