The worst car rental company ever.

My experience similar to MANY others. Getting to their "Heathrow" location is a nightmare.... took us at least an hour and it is in the back of an abandoned hotel. We rented an "intermediate SUV"; they gave us a COMPACT then charged us two separate upgrade fees to get into an appropriate car. 2 days later engine light came on, customer service said "keep driving it". We later lost cruise control AND REVERSE! We have exchanged dozens of emails with customer service and gotten nowhere. DO NOT USE.
