2024-10-26	Cr*****	Pointless multi step ticketing. You're telling me I have to line up at the event to pick up tickets that I've already paid for and then I need to mess about with this app? I'm really annoyed about this. Why can't we just get in with the qr code? There are panels I want to go to that I'll probably miss now if the lines are as bad as usual.

2024-10-25	Ja*****	The app doesn't resize properly for users who have used phone accessibility settings to enlarge their screen. This means said users can't even get past the initial "continue" buttons, rendering the app utterly useless.

Even more annoyed that I'm doing to have to ask everyone in my group to do the same so they can activate theirs. Surely my £400 worth of physical tickets is enough to prove I've bought tickets without having to get 5 people to download a stupid and needless app. 😡

2024-05-23	Sa*****	Trying to activate my ticket. It won't accept my code, and when I try to log in via email, it never sends me a linking code. Also, the whole app refreshes if you try to switch to a different app (such as going onto your emails to find said linking code). Stupid.
