However, recurring issues include crashes (notably on the artists and Programs tabs); a weak and sometimes unreliable map; intrusive MasterCard ads/redirects; a confusing schedule view that starts at the day’s beginning and makes it hard to locate current acts; and wristband top-up/refund problems. Some users also report favorites disappearing after login.

Missed some great artists because they were wrongly labeled in the app or promoted as something different than they were. Also difficult to find water points as the map doesn't work at all and there aren't that many of them.
