App is well laid out and easy to use although scanning doesn't work some time and need to enter the code - might be my phone. Love the principle and good to know it is reducing the waste.

I have no cup to return, yet was charged $12.99 out of the blue. So dodgy.

Love the concept, finding the code often doesn't scan and then when I tap to enter the code manually it does not respond. The button depresses but does load the section to fill in the code, i have to back out and try again.
