2026-08-12	Ch*****	absolutely garbage interface and expect at least an hour to set things up. tried to use it when my mini split remote broke but fighting it at 2:00 am just reminded me how dumb and overcomplicated companies make things. just find a universal ir controller app and save yourself a ton of time and headache.
