GREAVES Resolve

"GREAVES Resolve" is an app developed for Greaves Power Dealers and Engineers to efficiently handle all customer service requests, including installation, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance. It features dashboards for service call status, customer feedback, and call assignments, enabling Dealers to monitor and assign tasks. Engineers and Technicians can view, update, and log service calls, register diagnoses, and generate electronic Field Service Reports (e-FSR) to enhance service delivery.
