2026-05-23	mi*****	Me and my family is here now. Great place to stay and play! Cedar Point amusement park is only 17 minutes away. the location of this Great Wolf Lodge is perfect! Every store and restaurant you can think of is close by. we love it here.

Put some effort into the app and notify customers of upcoming events, happy hours, or specials. Not just trying to upsell and nickel and dime your customers.

However, today (the day we're actually going) the app keeps crashing any time I try to log in (with both email and reservation number) or even continue as a guest. I've tried reinstalling and it hasn't fixed anything. My email to the support email listed here got rejected by their server.
