2026-09-04	Gl*****	don't book ahead, it doesn't get you in when you arrive. I booked and it said 22 minutes. I arrived before and still waiting another 22 minutes. it took 45 minutes from the time I booked it.

2026-09-04	Ha*****	3.5 stars as the apps functionality is good. wait times have been accurate, check-ins go smoothly. the push notifications though for when you've checked in ahead of time are a bit erratic and not exactly in line with the salon. also, since I went and got my hair cut about 5 hours ago the app has consistently been putting a wait time back into my phones notification area showing that even though I went, checked in, saw a stylist and have paid... it's still showing me about a 9 minute wait 🤦
