Users have received cool boxes in the past.
The app is easy to use for checking offers.
Some users enjoyed the products they received.

Notifications do not work, causing users to miss out on offers.
Many users experience issues with the app loading or connecting.
The app has limited functionality with no settings or profile options available.

My profile is completed, but every time I open those dang app it's just the screen saying I have completed my profile, and when I hit offers, the dang thing doesn't do anything. I have un-installed and reinstalled so many times. I have never received a box because i cant even see the offers. This app is junk.

Gratsy was great. I have received 2 boxes and they were cool but now it's been awhile and I've heard about other people getting getting new offers for boxes but not me..Update the last 2 boxes I've missed I'm not getting notifications. One came during the middle of the night!! I understand I won't get every box but why am I not getting notified!? Then i check a few mons after someone said new box and it's all claimed. still not getting notifications..is that ever going to be fixed???
