2024-09-28	Ev*****	My profile is completed, but every time I open those dang app it's just the screen saying I have completed my profile, and when I hit offers, the dang thing doesn't do anything. I have un-installed and reinstalled so many times. I have never received a box because i cant even see the offers. This app is junk.

2024-09-25	Je*****	Gratsy was great. I have received 2 boxes and they were cool but now it's been awhile and I've heard about other people getting getting new offers for boxes but not me..Update the last 2 boxes I've missed I'm not getting notifications. One came during the middle of the night!! I understand I won't get every box but why am I not getting notified!? Then i check a few mons after someone said new box and it's all claimed. still not getting notifications..is that ever going to be fixed???
Gratsy was great. I have received 2 boxes and they were cool but now it's been awhile and I've heard about other people getting getting new offers for boxes but not me..Update the last 2 boxes I've missed I'm not getting notifications. 2024-07-02	WI*****	This app used to be so great but the past 2 years it's gone downhill. I am signed up to receive notifications, never a problem before when I would be able to apply for boxes. But now I never get notifications. Today I saw a post in a group I follow with an offer for the Birthday Box. Of course it's gone. But why am I not getting notifications? Disappointing.

2024-03-28	Je*****	Very unfortunate. I used to love this app and getting the boxes. The last one I received was the Halloween box and even that was a struggle, I was getting no notifications at all but seeing all these people on freebie sites getting them. After I've reached out to gratsy several times nothing has been done. I uninstalled the app. Waste of time since they do not address the issues but respond to people groveling over a box.

2024-03-19	Il*****	Since the new update has been updated, it has a blacked out notifications tab. I miss everything offered. There is no way for me to undo this on my phone or in the app. I have uninstalled several times and tried all types of things I found on Google. Nothing works. Hate it now and that you can't receive emails since mobile notifications don't work!!

2024-03-11	A *****	The app NEVER sends me notifications (and says it won't in the settings- not something I can change). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing everything, but that didn't help. I've gotten 1 box in over a year and missed out on 6 others because all were claimed by the time I found out about them from other people, or they didn't show up in my app until it was too late! It's nice to get free products, but I wish they would e-mail you when a box is available. The Android app is USELESS!!

2024-02-29	Am*****	Used to be a great app then sometime last fall I quit getting notifications and I'm unable to turn them on so I've missed out on 3 boxes so far. Like others I've tried deleting, redownload, emailed Google and gratsy and have gotten nowhere. If this is like the way your doing things from now on by luck of the draw instead of notifications just say that.

2024-01-16	Ma*****	No notifications and no ability to turn them on through the app or your phone settings. I have missed the last 3 boxes because of this. The boxes I did receive before this issue were fabulous, and I would have given a 5 star review for this reason, so it's really disappointing that this hasn't been looking into or fixed.

2024-01-14	Ke*****	Update: I fully canceled my account, uninstalled the app and downloaded again. Only to miss ANOTHER box, which appeared in the middle of the night with no notification. Reached out over the feedback tab AND Facebook to complete silence. Unreal. The app USED to be great. Unfortunately as soon as the last 3 boxes were posted they were marked "all claimed" without ever even notifying that they had been posted. I'm through checking constantly only to be dissappointed every single time.

But I'm not thrilled that I've missed 2 boxes as notifications do not work! This would be a 5 star app if that can be fixed.
