GrateGuard - Gratitude Lock

GrateGuard helps you interrupt reflexive app use with a short, private gratitude ritual.

Choose the apps that usually pull you in, set a lock window, and complete three gratitude entries before continuing into a session. The ritual is intentionally short: write or use speech recognition, then move on with a clearer choice.
