How do I find my roof pitch with my phone?
Open Raftora and lay the phone flat on the roof or on a rafter. The pitch shows right away as X/12 and degrees.

How many bundles of shingles do I need?
Enter the building size, overhangs and pitch on the Materials screen. Raftora shows the squares and bundles with your waste factor.

How long should my rafters be?
Enter the span, ridge board and overhang on the Rafters screen. The cut length is shown in feet, inches and fractions.

Does it work in metric?
Yes. Switch to metric for mm and m, angles in degrees and tiles per m².

Results are estimates for planning. Follow local building codes and the manufacturer's installation instructions, and check measurements on site. Bundles per square and roll coverage vary by product, so use the numbers on the package.
