2023-09-03	Do*****	I really like Grabull. I wish there were more restaurants signed up with them. You're able to let the restaurant know exactly what you want or don't want in your food. The delivery time is accurate. I have not had an issue with the company like some others.

I've used them for several orders myself; however, I am here to tell you that they are not what they seem. I use Privacy cards when I order online to ensure that my info and card isn't stolen. Each time I have used Grabull, I have used a specifically created card linked only to them. This allows me to know who is responsible if anything happens with the information. There have been four fraudulent attempts to use cards that were used with Grabull purchases. All but one were done overseas. This cannot be a coincidence given that these cards are ONLY used for Grabull. The good news is that since they are burner cards they immediately expire and become invalid, so the thieves weren't able to actually use the numbers. I will say that when I have used the service, I have received my order as promised and there were no issues with the actual order. So that part of the other's reviews is accurate. But, once again, I have discovered something that is definitely wrong regarding Grabull. For the first time since the fraudulent attempts were done, I used the service again, but this time I only used it to gather the order together for my family and then I actually called in to place my order. What happened was that the Grabull showed a total of $66 with a 5% discount, but the restaurant said it would be $62 total. So, not only is Grabull potentially stealing people's credit cards, but they are also overcharging for the orders that are being placed and claiming that they are giving you a discount. I strongly encourage everyone to stop using this service.

2020-12-19	Th*****	Junk. The app kept clearing my order, and when I finally got it through I had to call the restaurant when my food didn't arrive. The Grabull driver never showed up, so the restaurant delivered the food themselves. Look at the Grabull website, it hasn't even been proof read. This app (and company) is a joke.
