I tried their CS service but they refer you to Google to cancel. But that was not how I paid. Please refund my funds so I can find another program that will accept me, before taking my $.

2025-05-10	Ma*****	This company is a scam operation. I enrolled their weight loss medication program and paid with my credit card get monthly meds delivered. As soon as I did that, I was offered the 1-time opportunity to "upgrade" to their meal plan, which I decided to do. After paying, I did not receive a receipt, and when I checked their app, it shows I was only on the meal plan and had been disapproved for the meds. I reported them to my CC co. I did this after their app said I did not quality for a refund
