ZoRide

ZoRide gets you where you need to go. Open the app, set your pickup and drop, and a nearby captain is on the way in seconds.

BOOK IN A FEW TAPS
Set your pickup and drop by searching for a place or dragging the pin on the map. See upfront fares for every vehicle type before you confirm, so there are no surprises at the end of the ride.

TRACK YOUR RIDE LIVE
Watch your captain approach on the map in real time, with a live ETA that updates as they move. You'll see their name, photo, vehicle and number plate as soon as your ride is accepted.

IN A HURRY? BOOST YOUR FARE
If captains are busy in your area, add a little to your fare to get noticed faster. It's optional, always your choice, and shown clearly before you commit.

START WITH AN OTP
Every trip begins with a 4-digit code. Share it with your captain to start the ride, so you always know you're getting into the right vehicle.

PAY THE WAY YOU WANT
Pay by UPI, card, wallet or cash. Fares are calculated automatically at the end of every trip, and a full receipt is saved to your trip history.

EARN ZORIDE COINS
Collect coins on the rides you take and redeem them against future fares. Track your balance and full coin history in the app.

SAFETY BUILT IN
Add emergency contacts and reach help fast with the in-app SOS button. Call your captain without revealing your personal number, and rate every trip when it ends so we can keep quality high.

PERMISSIONS WE USE
- Location: to find your pickup point, show nearby captains and track your trip. We use location in the background during an active ride so your captain can find you and you can follow the route.
- Notifications: to tell you when your ride is accepted, when your captain arrives and when your trip ends.
- Camera and photos (optional): only if you choose to add a profile picture.
