You have "points" that you use towards bids, I used my "Free" credits up in a matter of seconds and the bids were up to $1.78! The auction is also very slow moving. In any case, you will probably be better off hitting the buy now button or just buy it somewhere else If you really want it. The app is also very user unfriendly
