2025-04-20	Ed*****	It's actually an app with way too much interferences within itself to manage a simple ticketing account for booking, rescheduling, and refunding to be considered a user-friendly app. In fact, it's a horrible communication app for the poor functions and illusive steps to do the "right" function that a customer does want, NOT! Those silly prepared questions you call answering most questions. Simply Horrible!
