2026-05-15	Dr*****	Used to be great. With the most recent update it runs poorly on both my Wife and I's phones. As soon as you scroll down the refresh and frame rate drop to the point it is almost unusable. We have been using other services until it is fixed.

2026-05-12	Da*****	I've had to use this app a lot while I'm in Korea recovering from surgery. It functions for the most part. The deliveries arrive. the issues: It can be very laggy - when I was using the market section it was so slow it was almost unusable. The preparation and delivery notifications lag. When ordering form the market it still hasn't been processed it's Tuesday and I ordered on Sunday or Saturday. The drop down menus to rate orders, see what you have ordered etc don't work.

2026-05-02	Ha*****	I'd have thought easy for foreigners. Wrong. Ordered at 629pm. Their email got into my junk to ask for address verification. No call as well. Shouldn't address be verified first before placing order?? The order got cancelled by 706pm. CC to be refunded after 7 working days. Used their chat service to provide address as exactly as they need it to be. I asked if I need to update the address via my apps. No, just asked to reorder. 2 times paying 26900 krw and cancelled wrong address. Bad service!

Basically you order and wait blindly until someone shows up with your order. when i asked how do i know if my order is coming, this is their answer (copy and paste): "Please note that Shuttle Concierge is still under development, and deliveries are handled by a partner driver. Because of this, tracking is unavailable and your order status may remain as “processing” until delivery is complete." yeah i won't use it again.

Not surprising, as they only have about 10 restaurants listed, & half are cafes. So, I opened a different Korean food delivery app (starting with C), & there were more options than I could count. I easily placed my order, gave directions to accommodation, added my FOREIGN phone number, & paid with my FOREIGN bank card on the other app without any issues.

2026-03-28	pi*****	terrible app. 4/4 times i've used it the copied address from google doesn't work and then i need to live chat with support which adds at least another 30min to my order. i'm positive they can fix this. just not very good when you are sick and need food delivered.
