2023-02-01	Am*****	I downloaded the app later first time I was able to scan all docs and at last it said we cannot provide this service and went to the main app and then again I tried it's not scanning, I have sent several emails till now no response from them. One of the worst apps friends please do not waist time and go for other options Team who created this app first should know whether the app works properly or not then only you should be posting on play store. It's been long time and team has never reverted

Still U people charging monthly for not meeting the criterias, What special I am getting from this app other than calling the cheap rewards carrots ? So Stupid. Worthless. I made 7 attempts to register for an account and finally when I succesfully scanned my Emirates ID, face and passport, it tells me it can not proceed without giving a reason. Why can't we manually enter information and upload the documents? Minor discrepancies common in UAE due to differences in naming convention between Arabs and non-Arabs are understood by real people but not by computers. Perhaps you can also offer a more conventional method of registration like real bunnies?
